Planning your first visit to Paris can feel like a monumental task. With so many iconic sites, historical landmarks, and delicious food to sample, where do you even begin? Don’t worry. Here’s a suggested week-long itinerary that offers a balance of popular attractions and leisurely exploration to maximize your Parisian experience.

Day 1: Settling in and exploring the neighborhood

After landing at Charles de Gaulle Airport and settling into your accommodation, take the rest of the day to relax and explore your neighborhood. Enjoy a leisurely dinner at a local bistro and get a good night’s sleep.

Day 2: Discovering the Heart of Paris

Start your day at the Notre-Dame Cathedral. Explore this magnificent structure and its surroundings. Then take a walk along the Seine, heading west towards the Louvre Museum, where you can spend the afternoon. In the evening, stroll through the Tuileries Garden towards the Place de la Concorde, and enjoy the Parisian sunset.
